The magician can produce the selected card from a sketch on a playing card! 
Here's what happens:
The magician has a member of the audience select a card, then attempts to correctly guess the chosen card by drawing a sketch on the back of a playing card.
However, the guess is wrong.
The performer asks for one more chance, adds a few lines to the drawing (turning the incorrect guess into a sketch of a full deck of cards) and slowly and visually, a drawing of the chosen card rises upwards out of the drawing of the deck! 
It’s visual, easy to do and very practical. A must have for close-up magic lovers.
